Offering an unparalleled level of sophistication and luxury, Brookside Residences redefine the intersection of comfort and style. This development acts as a high-end retreat in Birmingham, Michigan — a chic Detroit-area suburb.
Drawing inspiration from the contemporary architecture of the development, Zoyes refreshed and expanded the existing Brookside identity — creating a brand that reflects the sophisticated aesthetic of the product itself.
Designed to modernize the existing Brookside Residences wordmark, Zoyes created a complementary icon inspired by the building's signature front door. A uniquely eye-catching architectural element, the door acts a visual symbol of the Brookside brand — a beacon both literally and figuratively.
The line-work and grid structure of logo also informs a broad set of custom branded iconography. This icon set expresses the diverse amenities on offer to building residents.
The brand is expressed through a contemporary editorial-inspired aesthetic. Brand collateral utilizes a stark black and white palette paired with rich imagery, unique visual elements, and bold typographic layouts.
